Our Services

Commercial Design Service
$0.00

Dworak Spatial Lab provides commercial interior design services for workplaces, restaurants, and retail environments, with a clear focus on business performance. I start by understanding your brand, operations, and real estate strategy, then translate that into space plans, finish and furniture selections, and experience design that support how people actually use the space. Services can include test fits and space planning, interior concepts and material palettes, furniture standards and specifications, and coordination with your broker, architect, and contractor. The goal is to create spaces that are on‑brand, efficient to operate, and aligned with leasing, revenue, and long‑term asset value

Commercial Furniture Decommissioning
$0.00

We manage the full decommissioning of office furniture when you relocate, downsize, or restore a space back to the landlord. This includes inventorying existing workstations, seating, and storage; identifying what can be reused, resold, donated, or recycled; and coordinating the safe dismantling, removal, and off‑site transportation. Our goal is to help you meet lease requirements, control costs, and maximize sustainability while minimizing disruption to your team.

Meg Dworak is the founder of Dworak Spatial Lab, a full-service Commercial Spaces workshop of industry professionals. We are a Denver‑based consultancy focused on commercial interiors that support business environments and performance. She brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial interior design, helping clients align their spaces with brand, strategy, and operations.

Her background spans Commercial interiors, Contract furniture dealerships, and real estate.

Throughout her career, Meg has managed senior‑level relationships with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to growth‑oriented teams, often overseeing complex, multi‑site implementations. Her work has included national furniture standards, workplace build‑outs, restack proposals, and strategies to improve utilization, efficiency, and the day‑to‑day experience of people in the space.

The common thread is her ability to diagnose what isn’t working, design a better path forward, and build the relationships needed to execute.

Today, Meg leverages this cross‑disciplinary experience to advise landlords, operators, and teams on how to make smarter decisions about their workplaces and commercial environments.

She helps clients connect design decisions to leasing, operations, and asset value—whether that means rethinking how a lobby supports leasing, shaping a common space layout around real workflows, or improving how teams use the tools and data they already have.

Meg is a licensed Real Estate Broker, holds a BA in Environmental Design from Parsons School of Design in NYC, and an AA in Interior Design & Business Administration from Centenary College, bolstered by ongoing training in AI, social media marketing, real estate, and technical platforms.
